This plan is recommended for all web hosting servers that need maximum uptime achieved by 24/7 monitoring and outage response by Server Surgeon technicians.
Note that this service is already included in our Server Management plans. You do not have to buy both to achieve 24/7 monitoring and outage response.
Available for Linux, Windows and BSD servers.
Services include:
- 24/7 monitoring of server
- 10 minute live response to server and service outages
- Monitoring of all externally accessible services (http, smtp, pop, ftp, ssh, etc.)
- 5 minute monitoring interval
Cost per server: $40/month
20% discount for customers with 5 or more servers.
