You won’t enter any server passwords here. After you pay, we email you to log in and open one secure ticket with your server access. Nothing touches your server until you send it.
What happens after I order?
- Pay your first invoice — credit card, Stripe, or PayPal.
- Get your welcome email — log in to your client portal using the email and password you chose here and open one ticket: root or admin access for each server, your authorized contacts, emergency phone numbers, and — optionally — your hosting or data-center login for reboots and hardware issues.
- Send access securely — credentials go through encrypted sensitive-data fields and are auto-deleted within 24 hours of the ticket closing. You’re welcome to change any password you shared once setup is done.
- We take over — we set up monitoring and bring your server under management, usually within an hour or two.

Migrating to a new server? It’s included — order management as you normally would, then describe the move in your onboarding ticket. We manage the old and new server at the cost of one and cut over with a final fast-sync, so there’s no separate migration charge and no interruption for your users — the cutover is scheduled to land with little or no downtime, usually just a few minutes.
